The Clarke Digital Brake Fluid Tester is an integral part of equipment for those maintaining vehicles. Having the correct level of brake fluid in a vehicle is vital to ensuring a safe braking system, but it is equally important to ensure that the fluid hasn't absorbed too much moisture, which reduces braking efficiency.
The Clarke Digital Brake Fluid Tester displays the water content of brake fluid on an easy to read LCD digital screen, as a percentage, and if the water content percentage is too high, an alarm will sound warning the user. The brake fluid tester benefits from rapid charging, going from empty to full charged in 2 hours if used with a rapid charger, and lasts for up to 10 hours of continuous use however, this can be extended due to the auto power off feature. The flexible probe makes it easy to insert into the brake fluid reservoir and the product is suitable to check DOT3, DOT4 and DOT5.1 fluid.
